Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Division: Direct Response
Manager: VP/ COO
Location: Irvine, CA

Company Description: Leading Online Marketing Company looking for Customer Service Manager with a minimum of three to five years of experience.

Summary: Manage a team of professional Customer Service agents in their daily activities by performing the following duties:

Essential Job Functions:
  • Hire, train, and Manage activities of the offshore Customer Service Department and their impact on customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor and track customer service performance activities with regards to Opportunities for Improvements

  • Develop and implement all aspects of the organization's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives

  • Troubleshoots and resolves non-routine customer inquiries

  • Prepare monthly reports as needed



Other Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and management skills

  • Good knowledge of business from a customer and production perspective

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ability to evaluate a situation and make good decisions

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
