Company Description: Leading Online Marketing Company looking for
Customer Service Manager with a minimum of three to five years of experience.
Summary: Manage a team of professional Customer Service agents in their daily activities by performing the following duties:
Essential Job Functions:
- Hire, train, and Manage activities of the offshore Customer Service Department and their impact on customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and track customer service performance activities with regards to Opportunities for Improvements
- Develop and implement all aspects of the organization's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives
- Troubleshoots and resolves non-routine customer inquiries
- Prepare monthly reports as needed
Other Requirements:
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Good knowledge of business from a customer and production perspective
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ability to evaluate a situation and make good decisions
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
